1. Do you have a physical location ?  Country and state do you operate from ? No, we do not have a physical location at this time. We are a online boutique but we are going to  participate  vendor opportunities and or private events.  We are located in the United States of America in Maryland. 
  2. Can we return something on your site if we don't like it on us, need a different size etc? No. At this time do to COVID-19, all sales are final! There will be NO exchange or return for any items as it can lead to a health hazard. 
  3.  Are you locally delivering items? Yes, we will discreetly deliver to you if your local (within 50 miles of Fort Washington, MD) .   4. How soon does Customer Service get back to you if you have a issue? Customer service will get back to you via phone, text, or email within 24 hours or less.

  6. Are you offering free Shipping and Local Delivery?  Free Shipping to orders $60 or more.. free local delivery for the Month of November and December! must be  within 30 miles of 20744. If you outside of these limits, we may be able to still delivery to you with a flat rate added depending on the location)
