  1. Do you have a physical location ?  Country and state do you operate from ? No, we do not have a physical location at this time. We are a online boutique but we are going to  participate  vendor opportunities and or private events.  We are located in the United States of America in Maryland. 
  2. Can we return something on your site if we don't like it on us, need a different size etc? No. At this time do to COVID-19, all sales are final! There will be NO exchange or return for any items as it can lead to a health hazard. 
  3.  Are you locally delivering items? Yes, we will discreetly deliver to you if your local (within 50 miles of Fort Washington, MD) . We ask that you indicate that when purchasing your items and or sending a email to the customer service department  within the first 5 hours of purchasing: Info@PoshSirens.com
  4. How soon does Customer Service get back to you if you have a issue? Customer service will get back to you via phone, text, or email within 24 hours or less.
  5. Can I book  your services for a private event? Yes, you can! Please send us a message via email (info@poshsirens.com) please let us know in detail about your special event. We will make sure you will not forget this night! We are partnered with other small businesses to make this  event be the best!
  6. Are you offering free Shipping and Local Delivery?  Free Shipping to orders $60 or more.. free local delivery for the Month of November and December! must be  within 30 miles of 20744. If you outside of these limits, we may be able to still delivery to you with a flat rate added depending on the location)
  7. Are you offering anything for free during the holidays?  Yes!  Free secret gift with purchase of $100 ! Orders over $200 is two FREE gifts! 
  8. I have a special event that i'm late preparing for, how soon in advance do you need details for something like this ? To fully be prepared to service your needs, we need at-least 48 hours
